Tackett Family

One of the best things about visiting home with family, is when I have clients that want sessions while I’m local. It seriously warms my heart to be able to do this! I have known Katie for quite some time, long story short she is my sisters age who’s name is also… Kati, haha. So first off with this session… oh my lordy is this entire family not the most gorgeous family you’ve ever seen??? Second, I did NOT have to tell these kiddos how to do ANYTHING. I was laughing so hard every time I called one of them up to photograph, they were posed and ready to go and it was awesome. Katie wanted to have her session in Bishop Arts District close to downtown Dallas and it is as amazing as it sounds. I couldn’t believe how I had lived close to Dallas my entire life and have NEVER been to Bishop Arts District!! Seriously if you are in the area, go and visit and explore and eat the yummy, fun foods! The first place I noticed was this adorable cafe, “Fine Pies for Fine Folks.” Uhmmm. Excuse me… what? How cute is that name? So don’t you fret, as soon as Katie arrived to the session, I told her we would be ending our session at the pie shop for super cute super fun photos.
